The hotel's location in the heart of the city was perfect for exploring the area. It was also great value for money. The staff at the reception were friendly and there was a big fish pond in the lobby, which created a nice atmosphere.

The entrance to the hotel was not well indicated and it was not clear that parking would be an extra cost. The girl at the reception also misinformed us about the breakfast hours and the need to book a restaurant in advance in town.

Everything was perfect except heating

on the second day there was no heating. We reported it, but still, nothing has changed.

The breakfast was great and so was the room.

Unfortunately, the shower cabin in the bathroom was leaking.

This is a formal business hotel, good location between Stuttgart and Metzingen, hotel facilities are new and nice.

Location: the hotel was near to nice italian restaurants, the Bahnhof, Supermarket, Shops, Restaurants and Old Town, and Stuttgart airport. Appreciated our standard double room with comfortable bed, an open window, as for instance.

I enjoyed using the extensive spa area with a swimming pool, gym, steam bath, sauna, and massage. The hotel's convenient location near the trade fair center and airport was a plus. I also had a great dining experience at one of the three restaurants.

Who needs English-speaking channels on TV when every program is dubbed in German? It's not like I wanted to relax and watch TV anyway.
